In this hybrid seminar, Dr Qiong He, Hong Kong University and Dr Colin Mack, University of Glasgow will present findings from their recent research.
Esther E. Gottlieb, Senior Adviser for International Affairs at Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, USA, examines the changing meaning of ‘international’ in the shifting processes and practices of internationalisation.
Dr Heather Mackay (Lund University) will present findings from research into female farmers' access to advice and training in the Global South. This will be followed by an opportunity for round-table discussion and exploration of possible collaborations. This event is co-hosted with the University of Glasgow's Sustainability Interdisciplinary Research Theme.

The next CR&DALL seminar in collaboration with the Robert Owen Centre for Educational Change is being presented by Professor Radha Jagannathan, Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers University, and Director of the PASCAL for the Americas. It is being held in Room 347, St Andrews Building, 11 Eldon St, Glasgow G3 6NH from 1300 to 1430 on Friday 27 October. Her talk will focus on education in impoverished, inner-city schools and how after-school programs can enrich and enhance student performance.
